For any LOST and/or STOLEN packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package once the order has been shipped.

After the package has been marked "DELIVERED" we do not issue any replacement for lost or unclaimed items.
If in any case the package tracking indicates "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately at:
