Refund policy

Unless the item arrives damaged, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns but if you send us proof of damage within 2 days of delivery, we will happily replace any broken item with the same one.

In any case if the item is no longer available in our store, we will then provide you with a full refund. 

In our store we make every effort possible to ensure you receive the items as you purchase them as all we want is your complete satisfaction.
